Goda Masala is a Maharashtrian spice mix used for everyday veggies. It is sweet and not very spicy or pungent.
It is simple to make and can be stored for 4-5 months.
Coriander seeds, White Sesame seeds, Dry Coconut grated, Dry Red Chillies, Clove, a pinch of Asafoetida and Turmeric, Bay Leaves, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon, Caraway seeds, Oil, Salt to taste
Roast all above ingredients with oil on a low flame. Keep stirring constantly for consistency. Once the spices change colour, let them cool. After they cool down, grind them in a mixie in a smooth texture. Shift in a dry container and use in veggies according to taste.
