Chutneys are wonderful dips that can make an already tasty dishes even more tasty. Moreover, they are so easy to make. The wet chutneys may last only about 3-4 days but the powder ones can last up to a year. One of my most favourite is the Garlic Chutney. You will love it and it is so healthy too. So here is the super easy chutney.
Garlic cloves 6-7, a bowlful of roasted peanuts, Red Chilly powder, Salt. Optional Dried coconut grated or you can use the desecated variety.
Just grind all this well and eat it with anything you like.
